Why I Require a Deposit: As an independent business, I rely on deposits to effectively secure my time for your scheduled appointment and to mitigate potential financial losses in the event of a cancellation, just like many other businesses that utilize this practice.

Cancellation by Me: In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide you with several compensation options. You can choose to receive a refund transfer via Beem (formally beemit) or a selected gift card, opt for online services equivalent to the deposit amount (such as a video call, custom content, or access to my online platforms), or credit the deposit toward a future booking, subject to reasonable* terms. In the event that I must cancel our booking due to safety concerns regarding our time together or due to any instances of rude or offensive behaviour, please be aware that no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by You: My deposit policy is non-refundable, but I do offer the opportunity to apply it as a discount for a future booking, depending on the notice period provided. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. However, if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you can still use the deposit as a discount for your next booking within a reasonable* timeframe. In this case, you will be required to submit a new deposit for the next booking.

*Please note that the decision to require another deposit for a rescheduled booking may depend on various factors, including your location (local, interstate, or overseas) and the time interval between the original booking and the rescheduled one.
